M.J. MAC, Inc. was established in 2006 by Jay McIntyre.
Jay has more than 15 years experience in refrigeration/HVAC. He began his career in industrial refrigeration traveling the United States working on large ammonia and R-22 systems. After a few years Jay decided to work in the commercial refrigeration field. He specialized in computerized rack systems, remote systems and self contained units. After many years in the field, Jay decided to start his own commercial refrigeration company.
In February of 2007, Michael and Nathan Kauffman joined
M.J. MAC, Inc.
Nathan Kauffman owned and operated Wilson’s Meats in Philadelphia from 1980-2006. Nate and Jay met at Wilson’s Meats where Jay serviced his store for many years. Michael Kauffman graduated from the Philadelpia University where he received a Masters in Business Administration.
Together, Michael, Nate and Jay restructured the company, which has allowed M.J. Mac, Inc. strong growth in the marketplace.

Jay is CEO of M.J.MAC, Inc. and is responsible for daily operations at M.J.MAC, Inc.
