M.J. Mac Inc. was established in 2007 by Jay McIntyre. Jay is a graduate of the Lower Southampton CHI Institute in Pennsylvania. As his first job, Jay started his career working with a private contracting company that services ammonia systems nationwide. He gained lots of valuable hands-on experience throughout his time with this company. However, after six years of national travel, he wanted to be closer to home. So, he got a new job working with many supermarket chains for their refrigeration needs. A few of these chains were Acme Supermarkets, Trader Joe’s, and Sav-A-Lot, amongst many others.
After working for other companies a total of 15 years, Jay wanted to start his own company. He knew that he could provide the best HVAC service in this area. Also, he enjoys being a big part of the customers’ satisfaction, knowing that having happy customers is the key to a successful business. He believes in building strong business relationships with customers, having some as long as 8 years or more.
Jay is so dedicated to the business that he is the one to personally answer and over-see any emergency cases. If there is ever an emergency case, know that your call to the 24 hour emergency number will be answered promptly, by Jay himself. Jay also does not charge any over-time or service fees. He believes you shouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg, just because things can sometimes happen at inconvenient times.
Jay has built his company from the bottom up. Building his crew of employees, as well as personally over-seeing, and being involved with all aspects of the business. M.J. Mac was founded on good old hard work and dedication. He has taught his entire crew to prove themselves daily, as well as the value of hard work. Without such a great crew of employees dedicated to the service of our customers, this great company wouldn’t be what it is today. In addition to working hard, Jay is also a family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kristina of 8 years, as well as his 4 boys, Christopher, Phillip, Kyle, and Connor. M.J. Mac is a proud provider of service and installation to any and all of the tri-state area’s residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration needs.
