Came out on a frigid Sunday in the winter. All they had to do was flick the Emergency Switch back on. I pay for that every time I see them. We just installed a tankless hot water heater. In the winter it was my heater, now the AC. Just my luck. I called MJ Mac and they were out there the same day and diagnosed the problem. The part arrived and was installed less than 48 hours later, and they even let me know the part was still under warranty! Thanks to them, I’m enjoying the cool air once again.
